Can I return a painting or exchange it for another?

The purchased painting cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have changed your mind about the purchase, it is necessary to contact me by email before the shipment is dispatched ( info@jezekart.sk ). In case of damage caused by the courier, it is necessary to write a report directly with courier company and then contact me with the next procedure.
 

Do you also accept comissions?

Yes, I also paint comissions. The client can choose a color combination, canvas size, or framing, if necessary. You can be inspired by existing paintings, or send a photo of your room where the painting should hang. I will be in contact with you for any minor changes to the painting. The price depends on the work and the size of the image and will be communicated in advance. If you are interested in a custom painting, please contact me via the form in the Contact section.

Do you also paint other things than paintings?

Recently, my portfolio has expanded and includes also accessories, specifically earrings and flower pots. The rice is very affordable, but at the same time still unique and hand-painted. I will also be happy to prepare custom-made accesories for you. If you are interested, please contact me via the form in the Contact section.

What painting technique do you use?

I use a sponge (known as Sponging Technique) to create my paintings and also I use palette knife from time to time. Most of the paintings are highlighted with gold, silver or copper leaves.

When can I expect a shipment with an artwork?

The painting will be delivered 5-7 business days from purchase in Slovakia or Czech republic. International orders are delivered in 8-12 business days. In case of personal collection in Bratislava (Slovakia), the painting will be ready for collection after receiving payment on account. Custom paintings are usually ready and delivered in 2-3 weeks (depends on size).

How much costs shipping?

Shipping for small paintings and accessories up to 30 € costs 5 €. If you buy a painting over € 30, shipping is for free worldwide.
Personal collection in Bratislava is of course for free.

Can the paintings be seen live somewhere?

Yes, they do. The paintings can be seen in my studio by appointment at Bulharská 70, Bratislava. Before entering the building, it is necessary to contact me by phone at +421 918 364 270.

Is the course also suitable for beginners?

Yes, the courses are suitable for beginners, even for people who have never painted. Although abstraction is not easy, everyone can handle this technique under right guidance.
